Replacement Lycra Back Panel

Replacement Lycra Back Panel - Main image
$14.56 $19.95 In stock

This is a replacement for the Lycra Back Panel that currently ships with all Arc style backpacks. It creates a trampoline with an air gap against the wearer's back. It is also compatible with all older Arc backpacks as a retrofit.

The Lycra mesh is soft and stretchy and feels good on the wearer's back.

We also have our original style Mesh Back Panels which are made with pocket mesh. Some customers prefer the original style mesh because it is more firm, and has better airflow. Either style are interchangeable on all old or new Arc backpacks.

Scarlett ★★★★★

Swapped out the worn panel on my older pack and the trampoline effect is unmistakable now—there's a proper air gap that keeps my shirt from soaking through on hot hikes. Fits the frame perfectly and took under five minutes to install.

Samuel ★★★★★

The air gap this creates is real — my back stopped soaking through my shirt on the first hike. Installation took barely five minutes on my older pack, and the fit is snug with no sagging.

Elizabeth ★★★★★

Bought this to replace the worn-out panel on my old pack, and the air gap against my back is a game-changer for summer hikes—no more sweaty shirt stuck to my spine. It clicked right into the frame with zero fuss, and the lycra feels just as taut as the original did years ago.
