Our innovative interchangeable shoulder strap system lets you pick the perfect straps for each adventure, or swap out straps for different hikers. Just slide the straps into the pack and clip them secure.

Our Small / Women's Straps are narrower and shorter to fit a smaller framed hiker such as teenagers or smaller adults.

Like all of our straps, they features comfy 3/8" thick padding, breathable 3D mesh on the underside, and a daisy chain for attaching your favorite accessories. An adjustable position sternum strap is included.

Our small straps measure about 2 3/8" (6 cm) wide by 14.25" (36 cm) long.

Some common accessories include our shoulder pouches, shoulder pouches w/ zipper, or water bottle sleeves.

All new Zpacks backpacks produced in late 2024 and on are compatible if the straps have clips at the top.

Ella ★★★★★

The clip system is stupidly easy — I slid these onto my pack and they locked in on the first try. My wife and I swap them back and forth depending on who's hiking, which beats buying two separate bags.

Chloe J. ★★★★★

Swapping these between my daypack and my travel bag takes about ten seconds, which is way easier than I expected. The slide-in and clip design actually feels secure, no wobbling even when the pack's loaded down.

Eli A. ★★★★★

I’m 5’2” and these straps are finally proportioned right for a smaller frame—they don’t dig or slide off my shoulder the way regular ones do. Swapping them between my two packs takes under a minute since they just slide and clip in.
