After two rainy season hikes my passport and boarding passes came out completely dry, which is exactly why I bought this. The zip feels sturdy and hasn't snagged once, and it slides into my pack way easier than a plastic sleeve.

Took this on a jungle trail run in Thailand and everything inside stayed completely dry, which is exactly why I keep buying these pouches. The durability is the real selling point for me.

The zipper glides so smoothly I can open it one-handed while holding my phone in the other, and the fabric hasn't frayed a bit after weeks of daily commutes. It fits my passport, charger, and a few pens without bulging, which is exactly what I needed for tossing into a tote.
