Bagger Ultra 25L Backpack Body

I grabbed just the body because I already had a belt and straps from an older setup, and it clicked together without any fuss. 25 liters is the sweet spot for a full day hike or an overnight if you pack light. The fabric feels way more durable than the price suggests.

Bought this as the body only since I already had a belt and straps from my old pack, and it clipped right in without any fuss. The 25L size swallows my daily gear plus a laptop sleeve, and the zippers glide way smoother than I expected on a shell this stiff.

The shell feels dense and well-built for a 25-liter daily carry, and I like that the body alone gives me freedom to swap in my own belt and straps later. Water-resistant zippers have held up through two rainy commutes so far. Exactly the modular setup I was after.
